1. Ice jam
Ice blockage is mainly caused by excessive water in the system, with the continuous circulation of refrigerant, the water in the system gradually concentrated at the outlet of the capillary, because the temperature at the outlet of the capillary is the lowest, the water formed ice and gradually increased, to a certain extent, the capillary will be completely blocked, the refrigerant can not be circulated.

2. Dirty and blocked
The failure is caused by excessive impurities in the refrigeration system. The main sources of impurities in the system are: dust and metal debris in the manufacturing process of refrigeration equipment, the oxidation layer on the inner wall of the pipeline is dropped off during welding, the internal and external surfaces of each component are not cleaned during processing, the pipe seal is not strict, dust enters the pipe, the refrigerant oil contains impurities, and the poor quality desiccant powder in the dryer filter; In addition, it is easy to weld the expansion valve orifice when welding the expansion valve and filter dryer.
After confirming that the system is dirty and blocked, use high-pressure nitrogen and other methods to blow the dirt out of the blocked expansion valve. After the expansion valve is blown, clean and dry all components in the cooling system, and re-assemble and weld the cooling system to rectify the fault. If the expansion valve is seriously blocked and the preceding methods cannot rectify the fault, replace the expansion valve or rectify the fault.
3, oil plug:
The main cause of oil blockage in refrigeration system is the serious wear of compressor cylinder block or the excessive clearance between piston and cylinder. With the compressor exhaust gasoline is discharged into the condenser, and then with the refrigerant into the filter dryer, due to the viscosity of the oil is large, the filter is blocked by the desiccant, too much oil at the filter inlet to form a blockage, so that the refrigerant can not be normal circulation, not refrigeration.
